Shipping Policy


Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping on orders of 2 or more items!

Ship From 13 Warehouses:
Our warehouses are located in California, Maryland, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, New York, and Illinois.

Processing Time:
Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1 working day.

Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (for 95% of orders). Please note that estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Countries/Regions:
We currently ship to the United States, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, and Sweden.



Returns Policy


We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Returns Guarantee for your peace of mind.

Returnable Items:
Items can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
  • New and uninstalled.
  • Received in the incorrect size/color.
  • Faulty, damaged, or soiled upon arrival.
  • Unwashed, unworn, and unused in their original condition and packaging. We kindly ask that you try on items OVER panties or undergarments to maintain their condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Clearance products, free gifts, bras, and underwear.
  • Items outside the 30-day warranty timeframe.
  • Washed, worn, used, or misused items. For returns exceeding 30 days, return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility, and a 15% usage fee may apply.

Returns Process:
  1. Submit a ticket in our Support Center with your:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and return address.
  3. Return the item according to the instructions on the RMA form and provide us with the tracking number and return receipt.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll email you and arrange an exchange or refund within 3 days.

Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to consumer reasons, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we’ll cover the shipping fee.



Refunds Policy


Refund Processing Times:
  • Credit Card Refunds: 7-14 business days.
  • PayPal Refunds: Up to 48 hours.
  • Wallet Refunds (Store Credit): 48 hours.

No Restocking Fees:
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
